01 — Everyone’s journey looks different
I am simply here to share my life obstacles, how I overcame them, and what I do now to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I understand that everyone is different, and what works for me won’t work for everyone. But I hope that sharing what has worked for me through various trials and errors over the years will help as many people as possible.
02 — No one cure all
I used to believe that a certain face cream could cure my acne, or that taking a specific medication would make my anxiety disappear. However, I always ended up disappointed when the results I hoped for didn't materialize. I've learned that the key is to make a lifestyle change and find balance when improving various “pillars” of my life. Once I did that, everything else fell into place effortlessly!
03 — change is gradual
We are creatures of habit. Our bodies thrive on consistency. Keep in mind that achieving a healthier self is a journey that takes time. I recommend focusing on improving one “pillar” at a time, making small changes gradually to develop new habits. This approach will allow your body to adjust, and eventually, it will feel natural. Remember, it takes about 60 days to form a new habit. Consistency is crucial!
